Supplied Soft Close Sliding Doors and ceiling mounted Clean Air Module (CAM) filtration units, calibrated to recirculate air back into the room. Air is drawn through a HEPA filter (99.997% efficient at 0.3 microns) as a result creating a positive pressure and clean air environment.
Specifically designed for Cleanroom use, Monmouth have developed a structure that is constructed from smooth profiles and free of horizontal surfaces, significantly reducing the potential of particulate build-up. Smooth Finish Aluminium for easy cleaning and no entrapment of particulate. Some aluminium is ribbed or grooved along its length making extrusion easier and cheaper – it also hides marks that are common in manufacture. These ribs and grooves are hiding places for dust and particulate and need regular cleaning.
Monmouth Aluminium profiles have been specially designed for use in your cleanroom. To ensure maximum strength, the Monmouth profiles are constructed with 2mm solid aluminium side walls and core structure ensuring the absolute best combination of strength vs versatility. All Monmouth Modular Cleanroom Kits are constructed with heavy duty 6mm thick Aluminium Composite Panels to ensure full strength in construction and longevity of your cleanroom.
The new LED panels utilise the latest in LED low energy technology, offer excellent bright crisp illumination of the working area.
Each unit has its own speed controller fitted and low airflow alarm to alert users of any maintenance requirements.
Once installed, the cleanroom is ready to be validated to the required classification.
